 Introduction

See Cambridge Differently Ltd (SCD) is a company specialising in tours in and around the Cambridge area. The tours are generally walking tours but occasionally tours are conducted using a motor vehicle, e.g. car, coach or mini-bus. Tours may include entry into attractions, such as Cambridge colleges.

 Descriptions
Descriptions provided in itineraries are given in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the date the tour itinerary is prepared. However, SCD cannot accept responsibility for any variation made after that date which is beyond our control. In addition no responsibility is accepted by SCD for the negligence and wrongful acts of contractors and suppliers concerned.

 Cancellations
SCD operates the following cancellation policy. A cancellation becomes effective on the date it is received in writing. The following cancellation charges will come into effect:

  •  If a tour is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the start time, SCD will invoice the full fee.

  • If payments for any transportation, entrance or other bookings have been made on behalf of the client, SCD will make every effort to obtain a refund. However, SCD will be bound by the contractual terms of the supplier(s) and if refunds are not possible then these will be invoiced at cost.

 Deposits
Deposits for tours may be requested. In the case of advance payments, all monies pre-paid are held on deposit until the conclusion of the tour.

 Payment
Any balance or full payments will be due after the conclusion of the tour and the presentation of the invoice. Payment should be within 28 days of the invoice date.

 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Expiration dates cannot be extended.

Vouchers can only be used for the tour named on the gift voucher and for a group of up to 20 people. For larger groups please contact us before purchase. Vouchers do not include college entrance fees. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.

 Insurance
SCD accepts no responsibility for cancellation, lost luggage, medical expenses, etc. Any baggage and personal effects shall at all times and in all circumstances be at the owner's risk.

 Complaints
If you have cause for complaint, you should notify SCD immediately and every effort will be made to rectify the situation. Any other complaints should be notified in writing within 5 days of the end of the tour. If you have not contacted SCD within this time, then you will have been taken to have waived any claim that you may have had.

All disputes and compensation claims will be carried out in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and under court jurisdiction in England.
